Paper Abstract:      Sign Language is the natural language of the Deaf community, it is used for intellectual development, cognition and other human traits. The Deaf has denied their natural language until recent years, and this attitude has brought dire consequences for their citizenship and culture. Despite the domain imposed by the non-deaf culture, the Sign Languages are the languages used by the members of the deaf community and related communities for information access, citizenship, among others. The Signwriting is a valid alternative of writing system to adequately represent the spatial-visual nature of Sign Languages. The writing systems are genuine tools of social citizenship to represent and store the knowledge of a culture. It is a social and cultural duty providing an appropriate recognition to the Deaf and evolution of his language trough strengthening their identity tools. This paper proposes a system architecture to capture with a natural and non-intrusive way, a segmented database of primitive handwriting Signwriting. This database can be used for analysis in future researches in handwrite Signwriting recognition for sign language. The voluntary users will use tablets or smartphones with touch screen to write and send the data, this data will be persisted in our database, available to be used by computer vision/character recognition.
